Today, I had a day of nothingness. I knew I would need to stay home and not do much because I was out late last night after a very long and hard week.
Last night, I had a lot of fun. I went to the hockey game with a couple of friends from high school and then we went out for a few drinks afterwards. I was exhausted. I still am tired.
It’s not even 9:30 on a Saturday night – I slept in, I took a nap, I did nothing but catch up on missed tv all day (I had two weeks worth of my soap to watch, and three other episodes of shows that I tape) – and I am still going to bed early.
Tomorrow, I will be productive. Tomorrow, I might still nap, but it won’t be unreasonable. Tomorrow, I will get my life back on track again. Sometimes, it’s good to take a break from life for a little while – even if it is just a day.
